well, i was good there for a while went back to work and all, but then a small lump has arise near my stitches and now have to have a blood test and a ultra sound tommorrow and see the specialist on monday to find out what is going on. taking antibiotics and anti nausea tablet and have to fast as well. oohh well the joy of a incident

Hmmm....

Not that I'm a Doctor....   But it sounds like a post-surgical hematoma (bleeding that has hardened and should soften over time)

Hope all is well...

From one Dr to another, I have to agree with Dr Ita on his diagnosis.

or from the movie kindergarten cop (in my best Arnie Swarzanigger voice)
IT'S NOT A TOUMA!

I'm sure things will be fine. Trust me I'm a Dr. waytogo

Hope you scar turns out better than mine Jukie. My spleen was removed 25 year ago after ruptured in fall. Looks like they used a chainsaw to open me up, your scar is quite thin.

The ' Drain Hole ' ouch. should be the PAIN hole... each day they'd withdraw some of the drain hose, there must have been 30 cms of hose inside  Cry
Going thru the same pains again, had a double hernia operation on thursday, keyhole surgery but its still a killer. Can't stand up straight, cough, laugh ect - it feels like your guts are going to split open.

See, I told you you had no touma.
Take it easy, and you'll be back on the bike before you know it.
