i want a sticky (that just sounds weird) for ragging on dtm's dirtbike maiming skills and wmd farts. waytogo

I think a stickie stating that discussing DTM's flatulence is forbidden is in order.  (You need therapy.  And some Lysol spray.)

I like the calendar sticky as I can see when the AFM races are and I think the local resources one should stay. The rest are pretty useless.

Get me a consensus and I'll see what I can do.

Also, I take bribes.

I decided to be a dictator and just do what I thought would make sense:

The "check in" thread is unstickied. No new posts since Feb, so I think everyone made it from TOB.

The sightings thread is unsticked as well. Seems like it gets bumped enough anyway that it doesn't need stickying.

So you're down to two: Road conditions and Local Info.

My suggestion is you just use stickies for threads that don't see a lot of posts, but are constantly looked at:

Permanent info (i.e. The current local resource thread) and Current Events (i.e. This month's calendar)

Road conditions (IMHO) is just like the Calendar thread. Doesn't update often, but gets read frequently.

Thanks, DM.

I decided to be a dictator and just do what I thought would make sense:

Dictator > consensus.  Srsly.

I'll redo the calendar if anyone actually uses it.  I was under the impression that I was generally the only one who added stuff to it.

I suspect a lot of us look at the Calendar, it's just that few contribute to it.

^^^^^^^^ Troof.

...and if you just replace "calendar" with "board" that pretty much sums up my entire life here on the DMF, too.   cheeky

I should keep posting on this thread every few minutes so that it appears to be a sticky.

+ 1

Without you, I'd only have 1 social secretary and she won't cover the DMF.
I'd be lost.
