Both grandstands have TV monitors, so that's a wash. Turn 4 is nice because the riders hit the gas hard going into 5. Turn 11 is cool because the riders are squealing the back tire braking before the home straight. If there's a last-turn battle for the win, you want to be in 11.

I'm in 11 this year.

Depends on where you are sitting in Turn 11.  I don't know how good the view is from those seats up to Turn 10.  The pits might be in the way.  I find Turn 11 to be a slow and kinda boring turn because its sooo damn tight.

There's a lot of passing going into/out of Turn 4 and into Turn 5, which you'd be able to see from Turn 4 (you should also be able to see the exit of 3.  And you can catch spectacular highside by Lorenthhhhho.  It's also a FAST Turn in a fast part of the circuit.  The downside is that it's the lone flat section of the track.

Are you looking for seats?  I've never purchased a seat.   I've just hung out on the hill with binoculars (to watch the screen) and a radio.  You can see almost the entire track and it's a short walk over to the Corkscrew if you really want to see the bikes up close.  If you hang out near the top of the hill you can watch the leaders up through Turn 5 then walk to the corkscrew, then come back and watch them exit 9 and go all the way round again til they get to 5 again.

I had grand stand at turn 11 a few years back.  As stated, they have a huge monitor to watch the race there, and you can always walk around for other vantage points as well.  Its not a bad place to be.  You can watch the finish and the podium is in front of the grandstands there.
