Hey,
With a few of us not being able to make it on Tuesdays anymore, what would be the chance of getting together on Thursdays instead?  Maybe at a different location than the TT?  I'm not a drinker, so a place that has NA beverages or food would be great for me.  There are some pretty cool coffe/bar/music joints right in the city of Phoenix.  e.g. The Lost Leaf and others we have visited during First Fridays.  What do you think about a new bike night time and place?

Thursdays 8:30 - whenever, The Lost Leaf, 5th street and Roosevelt, "The Pioneers of Primetime TV" are playing tomorrow.

Who's in?

Can't make this Thursday but I like the idea. Maybe it would be cool to highlight a different coffee shop each week.  coffee

By "highlight" do you mean make a bunch of noise and leave a couple burnout marks?  Grin

Well, we can't be blamed for how we act when all hopped up on caffein.  [moto]

You wanna try that same area?  5th st south of Roosevelt?  Right in the middle of the city.  Bring your cameras and remember rule #1.   Evil

I would actually vote for a bigger coffee shop setting...Gold Bar, Extreme Bean, Coffee Plantation, something like that.   coffee

Would be cool to find somewhere that is big enough to sit down with good parking for the bikes within view.

Anyone else thinking of getting out Thurs evening?  Maybe meet for an Italian sandwich then head to a coffee shop?  We could eat at Nello's in Old Town Scottsdale (www.nellosscottsdale.com ), or maybe Defalco's Italian Grocery (www.defalcosdeli.com ).

There's also live music at Mama Java's most thursdays: http://www.mamajavascoffeehouse.com/cgi-bin/scms/home.html

Either sandwich shop you mentioned sounds good to me (never been to Nello's but I've heard good things)
Mama Java's on roughly 36th st and Indian school would satisfy all. Corona Cantina, a relatively new place several doors down for a cool down after a hot cup of Joe, or possibly "Shady's up the street a little.
what time?  [moto] coffee

The earliest I can be somewhere is 7:30, DeFalco's closes at 8. Sad

So, how about Nello's for a bite at 7:30?  There is rock star parking for bikes right outside the front door in a half sized parking spot that is marked off with stripes.  waytogo

Who should we expect to be there?

I'm gonna plug in one of the new voltage regulators I've got and take a test run to meet up with you all.  And Dietrich... I've got a present for you.   Smiley
