i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

at the bike shop, I love the polar opposite reactions I get from customers: it's either 'wow is that your Ducati??' or 'Dewkati...what's that? is it old?'

Here's my winter project: '74 cb125 freebie, what what!!

And for those days when bicycles have gotten old I can pretend I'm in a race trailer somewhere fabulous making adjustments to satisfy the rider

Not my apartment, but their carpet has already seen better days in that rental.

I've got this facebook page called Motorcycles in the House... I need some more folks to post up pics on the wall. Come check it out!!

The reason I started the FB page is the same reason I began this thread. I know that there are a lot of riders, like myself that feel that bikes are more than transportation, more than just a fun way to pass the time while getting from point A to point B. There are people that see motorcycles as an art form, an art they have a passion for, an art form they want to display and look at in their home as sure as someone else would display their paintings or black light posters.

These people that share my passion may have friends and family that don't understand their obsession and believe that motorcycles, like cars belong in the garage. This thread, as well as my facebook page are resources we can use to help our loved ones understand that we are not alone. That we are not simply crazy.

We are a proud community of motorcycle lovers...

That ten spoke rear wheel looks awesome.  Me definitely likey.  Barely see the front wheel behind the rotors on any monster and the rear wheel looks so good with a minimalist exhaust like pure udder goodness or boomtubes.  waytogo
