That sounds like all my bikes!

If you've got an extra pair of them thar Brembo calipers PM me.

How did I miss this? Very nice. I would love to build another bike. I have thought of a 620SS or something odd like that. I may just keep it simple and stick with a 750 or 900.

Tim gave me the opportunity to ride his SS.

Riding his SS made me buy a $850 Penske.

Riding his SS also made me buy some new spring and valves for my forks ($250)

I really don't want to know what else he has done to it.

I wish I had my 620 Sport from two years ago back.  I would've much rather have done this conversion to that bike than to the 750.  But I sold the 620 for almost double what I paid for the 750, and the 750 *is* yellow, and it *does* have the more desirable 1/2 fairing, so it's not all bad.  But the idea of the 620 Sport will all the goos stuff from the 1000SS, plus the race forks and brake rotors, steering damper, and a couple of other goodies, is still a cool thought!
