I live by Diamond Head, on Oahu.
Virtually every morning I use either the 900 Monster or my beach cruiser to go
get my coffee
here's the question:
where can I attach a 17 ounce thermos on my bike?
For the last few days I have wrapped a towel around the thermos
and placed it between the fairing & bars (scary huh?)

thanks for reading
Aloha

It's been asked.  Here are some answers.

In a pack.
Velcro straps to the fork leg.
In a pack.
Strapped to the frame at the grabhandles.
In a pack.
Strapped to the frame on the side of the bike below the tank.
In a pack.
Between the fairing and the bars where you keep it now.
In a pack.
Rectally.
In a pack.
In a tankbag.
In a tailbag.
In a sidebag.
Ductaped to your johnson.
In a pack.

P.S.  A quick google search for "motorcycle coffee holder" found this:  http://www.topoftheline-travel.com/motorcycle-drink-holder.html.
And this:  http://www.jafrum.com/Accessories/Leather-Accessories/AC131-MOTORCYCLE-LEATHER-TRAVEL-COFFEE-CUP-MUG-CASE-HOLDER.

In a pack... I guess that would work Shocked

I did think about attaching a small bag on to the trelis frame under the tank.
But the previous owner warned that the rear cylinder needed the airflow? Undecided

Thanks

I don't understand this at all.  Undecided Undecided Undecided

Surely the point of going to get a coffee is to drink it when you get it. Not hop back on your bike and ride off. Its not as though you can drink it while your riding as you might while your driving a car....... there's something about a full face helmet that gets in the way of your mouth   laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp

seams like the best place for it.  waytogo waytogo waytogo Spidey

Surely there's somewhere close by the coffee shop where the view looks out on the breakers at Diamond Head!.... Maybe I've solved my own puzzlement because that's where your taking the coffee to drink!... Why not partition the coffee shop to relocate to somewhere with a view  Grin Grin Grin

I use small bungee straps to attach 4"x12" shipping tubes to the trellis frame when I need to go to the post office. It looks funny when I do it but hay sometimes you just wanna ride no matter what, I'm sure it would work with a thermos.

Before my Chrome Messenger bag, I would hold my McDonald's value meal bag (drink included - no ice of course) in my teeth when commuting between work and school.  MickeyD's was only a mile from school though.  Not recommended.  You should get a backpack!

I find the bendy straws work the best for drinking with a helmet on Evil
