After chatting to a few people there seems to be thought to bring the meeting forward to
10am at PITS, cause you know what where are like blah blah blah and it'll be midday until leaving.

If we can be at our destination before midday to prepare food and gas bag it would give us all more time there.
I am also adding one to the total but she doesn't eat that much! I also hear there might be another two on the list.

Does the timing sound fare? Oh and I'll be in cage as Annick is coming along and isn't a pillion at all.

I won't be able to get there until about 10:30ish. If that's too late I'll make my own way up by myself.

So people, here's the plan:

goldFiSh and Jukie/Betty are sorting out the food and non-alcoholic drinks. We have a "kitty" of money that should cover the costs for the day. if not, we'll ask for a small contribution from all attendees.

Six95 is taking care of sweets, and Mostro can you take care of tea / coffee?

Alcohol and andy special dietary requirements and BYO.

Food will be a simple BBQ - snags, steaks etc with some salads and the like...... OK, maybe there's a couple of other things we will be whipping up, but it won't get too flash.

Broni, Nemo and I will be caging it up in the new weapon on wheels, and we aim to be there for 10.30ish to do the final preparations on the food.

Looking to have the food ready to go for 12 midday, as we need to cater for Nemo and his midday (ish) sleep.

So, as far as numbers we have the previous 12.5 + Annick + 2 tentative others. Let me know if anything changes to the number count as I'm purchasing food today!

... unlike the time we had about 30 bandidos and their bikes in the driveway ...

(but that's a whole different and surprising boring story)

My mate won't be able to get to PITS until 10:30 as well. So does a 10:30ish departure from PITS sound OK?

Trev if you get bored waiting around a few loops between the bridge and the pie shop should keep you entertained.
