Okay, so this may have already been covered on TOB, but I don't like going back there to find it, plus I'd rather the info get posted up here for future reference by other members. Smiley

Has anyone installed the K&N A/F meter that Chris sells? What are your experiences? I've been planning on rebuilding my FCRs (just to clean them up, etc while I have the engine out anyway), and thought that this would be a wonderful way to check on A/F mixtures for tuning.

IMO that particular unit is not very usefull as it is a narrowband O2 sensor. It will really only tell you if you are at stoich (14.7:1) or richer or leaner than stoich. Since you are probably not going to be trying to dial your carbs into stoich, you would be better off with a wideband AFR meter, although they are more expensive.
