I don't adore it. I don't love it. I'm not attached to it, it's just a toy, I'll ride it for a while, I'm not joining any stuck up clubs, and I'll just beat it around until I get tired of it.
It's just another bike.
geez. i get more attached to a good cup of coffee than you do to your bike.
having owned a lot of bikes that were _almost_ really good (like the Yamaha R6 and Honda VFR, so close, and the Triumph Thruxton with mods!, again, so close...) it was a rocky start with fueling and suspension issues, and the fact that most dealers can not fix a broken duc, but i've grown with my bike and it seriously impresses me on the short and the long.
the 999 motor is just a beast. the suspension dialed-in is perfect. delicious brakes with a soft beginning but serious stop-right-now. and with heated grips it's a great commuter. this bike is really good
