Sorry for the very short notice, but I thought I would post it anyways.  NCR has one of 12 Hailwood replicas at our shop just for today, July 7th.  We're here until around 6:30 tonight if you want to see it.  Ti frame, SBK forks, custom everything, 297 pounds.  Worth checking out if you have the time.

It is so so so incredibly beautyful  bow down  bow down  bow down
If I would win a Desmosedici , I would sell it the same moment and carry the cash to NCR to buy one of those.
But probably Jay, Tom and Brad already got their golden thumbs on them.
I reallt hope NCR will find some real riders to sell em to.  [moto]

A dream machine for sure.

What a beautiful use of Ti and Alloy and Rubber ,etc.

Oh if I had a spare $125,000 plus.

Wink I don't know. One of my boys ran into Tom Cruise when he was out riding, and he says the Tom can definitely ride. They talked for just a bit (nice enough guy) and then Tom pulls a 12 o'clock wheelie on the 999r he was riding and takes off. My friend goes riding behind him and he's no slouch (advanced level in cornerspeed school, rides a CBR1000rr) and he says Tom just took off.

I mean think about it, he doesnt care if he wrecks it and has to spend money on anything, where as we calculate the cost of new forks and labor if we eff it up, he was wearing all his gear and he can get the best riders out there to tutor him if he wants.  Tom Cruise, like him or not, can ride and he does. It's ok, I'm kinda jealous too...  Grin

I guess Tom isn't afraid of wadding himself up so bad that it ruins his movie career or pretty face ?

Yeah, not so much. I mean, I know the guy is the absolute epitome of sanity and levelheadedness and all... Wink
I dont agree with the way some people ride, but think about it, non-riders think the normal mundane riding we do is "crazy and dangerous".  The slowest WSBK rider riding behind the fastest rider among us would probably think he was stuck behind a grandma. I guess it's all just relative.

Sweet bike though, wish their website was working a bit better. The online shop seems totally offline. Darn it!! I demand to be able to browse through all the stuff I can't afford.  Grin
