G'day all

Now that I have been forced back into the world of Retail, my Monster is back to a daily rider again, now when I used to park it outside at my old job the Sun changed colours of anodized parts, destroyed Carbon fiber parts, and made the Seat, Ring searing hot Shocked

So after consulting the members of the Forum, everyone suggested a Geza Gear bike cover, made to your bike size and tough as old boots.

Well I ordered one through there website, I received an Email about 3 days later asking me if I wanted to upgrade to a better version and receive a couple of little bonuses 1: A carry bag for the cover (which is to small to put the cover in) and some mirror covers (with rubber backed mirrors, these will prove very handy waytogo)

So I advise I will upgrade 1 step and take the better cover with the bonus bits.

Then Nothing, no response, no confirmation

I wait a few weeks, and send Email asking if it is done/shipped, Etc, no response.
Another couple of Emails over the next few days... No response
Another Email sent 2 days later, finally a response: Cover finished today, shipping tomorrow.
(I am allowing they are a USA based company, so allowing for time differences)

I wait another couple of weeks, No cover.
Send an Email asking for Shipping Details/Con note, No Response.
Send a 2nd Email a day or two later asking again for Shipping details/Con note, again no Response

Waited another week
Sent another Email asking for Con note/Shipping info, Again no response
waited a couple more days and then sent another Email advising that if they don't make contact within 24 hours, I would be contacting my Bank and having the sale declared as fraudulent.

Sad part is, 2 hours after I sent the above Email, the cover arrived.

I then sent a further Email advising that the product had arrived, with a shipping date 3 weeks after they (in the only email they ever answered) had said it would ship! I advised my feelings on the whole sad state of affairs as far as customer service, and left it at that.
to this day, I still have not received an email back from them.

Sad part is, the cover is excellent! it fits well and is superbly made, 10 out of 10 for the cover, 2 out of 10 for the customer experience.

Would I stop someone from buying a Geza gear cover, no, but just be prepared for piss poor customer service and a very long wait.
