It is the same wheel that fits the 848. I can PM you the part # Tuesday when mine arrive if need be. No nothing else is needed. The brakes etc have to be switched over but that is it.
... appreciate if you'd post some pics of your new wheels when mounted. And let me know your experience mounting and driving'em  [moto]

BST 5 spoke wheels are still available and in stock here--but the 5 spoke rear wheel needs a spacer to fit the single sided Monster range.  We include a spacer when you order it for S2R-S4RS and M1100. They are actually less money than the 7 spoke.
...

The ITX wheels were originally created by a group from Marchesini. ITX was recently purchased by OZ Racing. They will be badged as OZ wheels. The single sided swingarm (SSSA) wheels will be available in September. Motowheels willbe the importer for the USA market. We are getting a small batch odf double sided swingarm wheels before their August holiday. Keep an eye on our website for more details. We will be putting together a group buy on the wheels once we know whe they can deliver in large quantities.

Thx moto - was actually in contact to one of your sales reps, telling me the BST 5-spoke are out of stock. However, if you get the ITX single sided version in September, then I'll definitely wait. Group buy sounds even more appealing.  I'll check the mw website, but please let me know when you get them. Cheers

The 5 spoke BST wheels for the S*R are back in stock.

We are trying to get some OZ Racing wheels (ITX). They might be ready in September to ship. I'm not 100% sure because many are still gone for the August holiday.

I'll post more information after everyone gets back from the holiday and I know when the OZ wheels will be ready to ship. I'll start a new post on the initial group buy on the wheels. Let me know if a wheel/tire package is preferred or if it should be just the wheels.

I'd rather have a wheel/tire package, but that's just me.

I would like to know what the group price is. I was just eyeing those wheels this morning for my racebike. I'll be looking for the dual sided swingarm rear. ( I have a 998 front end and ST swingarm)

Or, is this just for the single side rear?

I'll start a new post on the group buy next week.
The guys from OZ racing are still on holiday.

We received a new price list, application chart and pictures. We will need to sort this out with them before I post anything.

We will have single sided and double sided applications--including applications for the early Monsters with 20mm front axles and 17mm rear axles.

... sweet. Love the BST rims on your bike. Reckon I should revise my opinion on 7 spoke wheels on a M1100.
What is actually your experience with the carbon rims? How does it change the handling and performance?

Grin installed the wheels about two weeks ago. Handling and agility is superb together with the new Metzler Sportec M3.
Haven't had much of a chance to test extensively, because its winter here ... lots of snow and ice this year

If somebody is interested, I'd post some better quality pictures once the suspension is fixed.

I´ve bought a SSS Arm from a M1100.
I own a M696  Grin

I would like to know if a wheel from SxR/916/996/998 will fit?
I mean, is the axle/diameter the same as 848/HM/Monster?
Wheel for 1098/1198 is 6" and I´m looking for 5.5" (5 spokes only Grin )

Thank´s

s*4, 996, 998 etc wheels will need a spacer to mount to the M1100, however the axle is identical
