Exiting on Freemont from the bay bridge, a guy on a yellow 916 passed me on the left and then shifted over in the seat for the right turn.... beautiful bike, totally stoked! I see plenty of monsters every day, but this was the first I've seen a 916 on the morning commute.
Also there's a Paul Smart Sport Classic 1000 that parks in the same alley way that I park in the city every day.... very nice... talked to him the other day, forgot his name though.

Yup that was me and my buddy (rc51) heading to work.
What exhaust do you have duqette? Looked fancy from the rear.
Well, Hi there!
That exhaust was put on by the former owner once removed. (In other words, by the person who had it before the guy I bought it from...) It says "Nikko Racing" on the pipes, but no one has ever been able to identify or track any such company down. Regardless, I love the sound and look, so I'm keeping 'em. Unlike the original ghastly mirrors, now replaced with fabulous CRGs...

Saw Tigre and datv on the tard heading toward the Golden Gate Sun morning around 9:30. Looks like I got back to SF too late for the ride.

Saw two Monsters at El Balazo restaurant in Pleasanton (I-580 and Hopyard) at lunch today. One was a red 900 and the other was a metallic copper colored one. Both had bar end mirrors and CF pipes.

Black and White Monster with Monroe plate holder with no plates yet
at Fourth and Jackson in San Jose.
I think a Ninja was riding it since I waited by the bike and as soon as I walked away
and turned around for one last look it was gone

Red tank, grey frame, custom exhaust. Downtown Danville around 12:30 pm. Kind of a "caught just a glimpse" type of sighting as we were going opposite directions.

OK, who was that waving wildly at me out the rear side window of a late model white SUV on 101 South just before the Poplar Ave exit about 6 pm this eve (10/19)?
I'm sorry I didn't wave back, but the road's a little rough there, and ... do I know you? I didn't get a real good look
Anyway, Cheers!
