Another Chromo in the bay area?
THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE.
I saw you yesterday passing Farley's in a snappy gray number and Nolan.
I mused at how much the sound of your bike changes as it comes and goes over the hills.
The dry clutch dominates the early Doppler and the pipes take over in the deep baritone of the late Doppler.

I saw a stock red 695 heading west on 92 this morning around 9 AM between 101 and 280.
You passed me, then I was immediately behind you in a white '62 Ford Falcon until you exited at 280.

Saw Gabe on Sh's ex-yellow Monster 620 en route to work on Sacramento and Presidio (ok, ok, I also see it everyday since it's garaged next to my Duc...)

I waved to a red Monster with crg's and a silver/bronze frame that rode past me on Shattuck by the Berkeley/Oakland border around 1:00 today. I was on my blue Suzuki (I wish they came in black).

Looked like Steve's Tiger monster ... and Michael Moore's Streetfighter, eastbound on Skaggs at around 1:30 pm today. I was going the other direction and waved.

See many cops on Skaggs? I heard there was a fatality there last week, and they usually step up enforcement when that happens. I'm hoping to ride it this week...midweek

Hmmm, no one out there mentioned a fatality. There were no
out there that I saw or heard (with my radar)...
I had specifically asked a rider that came out while we were BS'ing if he had seen any on the way out to be sure in advance of my planned bonzai run in. I would highly suggest you do a sane pass and look for them everywhere before you hit it hardcore...

The fatality was two weeks ago. But yeah, that usually is enough for a big crackdown.
I think midweek is the only way to go. More squids than the Monterey Aquarium otherwise.
