I've lost the top of an axe in full swing, it was descent sharp and didn't cut anything in it's path.  My friend did move so I don't know if it would've cut someone.

Yikes! Someone learned their lesson not the flick things and expect them not to break. My Kung Fu instructor was teaching nunchucks and when he flicked it the pin holding the chain broke and the handle made a nice little hole in the wall.

puppy skulls are soft. they haven't quite had time to get to full size so the plates still aren't connected.

it could have been an accident, and i believe it was.

i mean really. you kick a chihuahua, not stab it with a grilling fork. everyone knows that.
