I could Be the Black S2R with white stripe. I have a carbon fiber arrow exhaust, carbon fiber front fender and my belts are open. I travel thru the shore when I am sticking to my local ride.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Most of the damage is to my ego. The bike got away with just a few scratches to the bar ends and mirror. My brake pedal is bent but I was still able to put the shiny side up and ride it home (last thing I wanted to do was call the wife for a ride ). Frame sliders work! I never wanted to try them out but they work. Question for everyone: Do I leave it scratched as a reminder or replace the parts (brake lever & pedal, mirror...)?

If the bike is safe for you to operate, I would leave it until you have extra cash/time to fix/replace parts. If it hurts you more to see your baby scraped up than it did to fall.. I'd fix it up as soon as possible!
