Just thought I would share some pics from a recent trip I made on the GT.  The idea was to meet up with other Sport Classic riders in Santa Cruz, CA. I rode from Phoenix to Pasadena to meet up with friends there, then we made our way up the coast to SC.  From there we headed north of San Francisco to Fort Bragg, then back down the coast.  It was over 2200 miles for me door to door, and we rode some of the best motorcycling roads in the world IMHO.  Here's a couple of my favorite pics, and a link to more at the bottom:

Needless to say, it was a blast.  BTW - Here's a vid a friend of mine put together from his experience of the meet up:

Pic # 5 makes my cry.   Cry   Why is every road in Phoenix so straight?

Does that mean roads in California are gay?  Smiley
I have to say the video is top notch!!! What a great job!!! The tail piece angle is my favorite. Redwoods! Very cool!

<pokes head into AZ board>

You were right in our backyard!  I wish we'd know -- we would have at least said hi.  Sounds like you got to experience some of the good roads around here.  The ride to Alice's is just awesome.  And PCH north of the Golden Gate is my weekly stomping ground.  We do lunchtime hooky rides through there.    Glad you had a good time.  Give a holler next time you're around.   waytogo
