It's not.

I don't have it in me to laugh or make fun of retarded people.

But I'll laugh all day at that goofy dog with the retarded people noises captioned over it.

Wo... How come the dog's right pupil is white in 2 of the pictures? Flash reflection? Kinda weird how it just shows a black circle with white in the middle.
