My friend is getting married in two weeks, and originally they were going to
have the wedding at Skyline Grange but that fell through last minute. (something
about septic trouble)

So now she is frantic looking for another cheap venue to hold a ceremony with
200 guests. (possibly 100 if needed) She has her parents' house here in the city
as a fall back but she doesn't want her mom trying to feed everyone (she's
Russian) and if they did it there they would only be able to have about 40
people.

Does anyone know of a really cheap place to fit 200 guests for a wedding that is
somewhat cheap? And available short notice? Any suggestions would be great!!

(btw, this is the first wedding I'm officiating, wish me luck!)

do we have to reserve it?

I think so. Here's some more details: http://www.recreation.gov/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=NRSO&parkId=74082

It also costs 5$ a car to get in but I think that changes if you reserve a site. Its a really cool place, we take the dog in there all the time to go play in the river.

Was just informed by a friend whose making the big commitment in early Sept. The Hostess House in Vancouver, Wa. runs $5,000 to $5,500 and includes everything, even setup & clean up. Might only hold 150 though.

Good luck!
