Anyone here up for a friendly ride up to Newcombs and back. Maybe some Wrightwood if time permits. I'll be on a Silver S2R1000 and the name is Marc.

Post up if your free.  8am at the Shell station. Ride safe! [moto]

Marc,

I got a day pass from the boss, so I'll be there, but, ah, where exactly is that gas station for the meet-up?

[Updated]

Would that be "Jay's Shell" at the foot of ACH at Foothill?

(Didn't want to appear to be a total sandbagging slacker and did a google map search.)

I'm not 100% sure but I think I might be able to make this ride.  If I do join I'm not sure if I should take the Monster or my buddies Street Triple. Decisions decisions decisions....

And NorDog coffee at the shell is like jet fuel, coffee at Newcombs is much better and Erik is buying  coffee

If you wait @ Newcombs for Erik to buy the coffee it'll be too late as they'll be serving the lunch menu cheeky

arai- why not the S4R? Are you having technical issues? Bring the Speed Triple if you can. My neighbor Joe might feel better since he rides a Speed Triple.

erkishhorde- Do you remember how to get to ACH?

Glad to hear you can come out and play...battle of the Black S4RS's! Anyhow, here is the address. If your coming from L.A. your going to get off at Angeles Crest exit and make a LEFT. The station will be on your Left side.  [moto]

Jay's Shell
4530 Angeles Crest Hwy
La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011
