So I've been debating this for about 3 months and really can't come up with an answer to what would look best. Options are: 1. Current Gray color 2. Tank Color 3. Carbon Fiber My tweaked 2002 S4

tank color...... I always think the monster looks better with the tank color on the cowl, ties the whole bike color scheme together, IMO a black or carbon cowl looks like the plain seat with no cowl...unless you have some stripes on it.
just my opinion, RB

Tank. Maybe you should make this a poll. Don't forget to include boobies as an option..

Tank color would unify the look. Is your fairing/flyscreen the same color as the tank or is it gray like the cowl?

tank color. Alternatively, you could do the main cowl as a tank color and leave the grey as number plates. I have similar colors and did a two-tone cowl (sorry for the crappy pic), though not with full number plates.

I say:
1) Tank color.
or
2) If that tank color is close to black/dark grey, you can get away with carbon.
