excessive ruling there.

why spend any money dealing with ms13's desire to rule the streets other than whats needed to just make them disappear.

how much of your tax money do you want spent on catching, defending, convicting, housing, feeding members of brown pride, just because THEY decide that they don't want to work and play well with others.

In California the state pays about 35 to 40 grand a year just on housing and feeding these pieces of shit. Thats just a lil under what the average teacher here makes.

How make the beast with two backsed up is that.  They make the choice... make the beast with two backs them.

Gang member.... click,bang.

next.

spend money on keeping kids out of gangs and on better education, but once that kid turns 18...... he/she knew better and decided not to play by the rules.

i say put them all on an island and let them kill each other- like that movie Ray Liotta was in. The executions cost more than housing them I hear..

your both wrong and it would still cost us to either ship or have cops shoot gang members.  make it mandatory for everyone without a criminal record to get a license to carry concealed and then the public can eradicate the problem for a low cost with fringe benefits  Evil

Whatever you guys decide on, just make sure to get the networks bidding for broadcast rights. It could be sponsored by Doritos.

I can't generalize such judgement.  Because there are people that can be reformed and can change from many negative behaviors.  I do not know the answer to this problem.

I know it looks scary after watching all those shows about the gangs.  I don't think I will look at graffiti the same way as I did before.  Naiveté.

There have been a lot of studies on age groups, brain capacity, and really if the mind can change/mature.

However, the problem is..........you will never change your behavior if you live in the same 'hood.

Load them all up on a couple of C5's, put parachutes on them and make a few passes over Iraq and Afghanistan.
