The peeps in the picture look Indian. It's probably a TATA. It's a Indian car company not really known for the best cars.

The Ambulance is clearly American, so perhaps they're very well tanned.

sooooo.............if little cars are so unsafe, why is everyone trying to make my huge truck smaller and/or reduce the protection that my bumpers (2 feet off the ground) provide me?
i know the excuse is so that i cant do that very thing to the little cars, but really! the dump trucks and buses of the world are not going to get smaller.

condolences to the occupants of course...

They should see what happens to a Monster caught between two trucks...

Yeah, but at least they could pick me up with a shovel and a sham-wow.  No tin snips required. (plus I convince myself I could dive out of the way or something)

Well, it works in my brain, anyway.

You don't. It's a ready-made coffin.

I just feel bad for the dumptruck drivers... it's not their fault they killed some jackass that tried to squeeze in between them.

My dad was a volunteer fireman when I was young.  I remember a call when I was in highschool where a small sedan or hatchback got caught between the back of a garbage truck and the front of a dumptruck.  That one had a person in it, and, unfortunately, the end product was similar to the crumpled mess in that picture.  I don't like little cars.

well with a smaller car the only good thing is that with any luck you die instantly and get crushed.

with a midsized or larger car it could be worse, you might actually not get crushed  enough and get to live through it and be paralized/limbs amputated and actually have to live as a neck down paraplegic blind and crippled.. that would really suck..

HUH?

We don't know the story. Why would you assume that it's the car driver's fault?

Given the speed it would take to crumple any car like that, the guy in the rear truck was movin and was most likely gonna hit the other truck if the car wasnt there to cushion the blow.  Grin  Undecided

um... do you think the rear trucks stopping distance would have been clear of the front truck except for that pesky car?  That was no 7 mph accident.
