what?! i've been running roofrack lights every christmas for a few years. that's bogus you were ticketed. you must have forgotten to inter-weave garland.
The charge was "Impersonating an officer" The judge tossed it out. I did not have to say a single word in the court room. In MD you may no have any blue, red, white or purple lights on your car or bike. you can not have any light on your bike other than what is required. I have seen raids at local M&G's where they inspect all of the bikes and paper work. The test the Db's and look for extra lights. They have impounded bikes that had LEDs on them. but that is what you get for living in the "Peoples Republic of Maryland". Oh sorry, no politics; right.
