First I bought a 2000 beertray (rounded fender and oval turn sigs) from this forum and was able to mount it on my 1999 M900 City.

Second, I also got front signals (from this forum) and was able to mount them using a combination of the original square light mount and these new oval ones.

I have taken pictures of the newer mounting brackets for the smaller Windscreens on the 2000 Monsters. Is there a way to use these same brackets on my original forks?

Or has anyone successfully mounted Year 2000 windscreen on an older Monster?

Thanks

iirc, the top portion of the newer screen mounts on brackets that are attached to that u-shaped thing that is threaded for the gauge cluster.... while the lower mounts to the headlight brackets by the turn signals (there are screws for the front signals with a rubber bushing for the screen to slide on)

not too sure it'll work out of the box on an older monster

*and all of this is mounted between the triples, the entire assy has nothing to do with the forks

Thanks!

I will look into the Brackets. I was also thinking about bending my existing brackets to fit the new Screen. I may have to drill new holes...
