Sorry to threadjack here but where do you put your ezpass that works? I've put it on my handlebars and on the forward facing part of my trellis frame, neither ever reads.

i got an external car model, the license plate type.. zip ties on the front triple.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I used to have the same pass as ducatiz programmed for the moto discount in the same location.  Worked perfect, but the bastids made me give it back Angry  Now I have it jammed between the windscreen and the gauges.

I just reread the EZPass brochure, as I'm trying to buy it from other states (MD started charging a monthly fee) and it said that the transponder was designed to be mounted at an angle.  (as in the windshield angle).  I used it on my tankbag and it was hitandmiss.  I now habe it on the fairing.

This is the best mod, especially for getting the most out of that "broken" dry clutch!

Here in the bay area, they'll give you a big fat ticket for using your e-z pass on a vehicle that the E-Z pass isn't registered with (my parents got a huge fine for this when they had a rental car)

This made me realize they're doing a scan of the plates automatically, so I don't even bother to take the pass with me on the bike.

One less thing to carry, and more work for the toll collectors Smiley

i could use one of those... NOT.

i only make that joke because where the make the beast with two backs do u find a toll that takes coins? there is not ONE toll in nyc that isnt atleast $8 bucks.

Hehe yep - and the toll booth people are soooo friendly. Good excuse for an EZ pass so you don't even have to deal with the d-bags
