Probably the *only* shop in the area open on Sunday and with tire and mounting available.  Tongue

Time to buy a Lotto or three.

it is the only one... that's exactly why i suggested he try to make it to ojai and call 'em. worst case would've been deploying the recovery vehicle (jen in my truck).

Hey guys,

That was an AWESOME ride, even though I only got to do one day with ya'll.   Phenomenal roads (I'm still seeing Cerro Noroeste every time I close my eyes to go to sleep), and a great group to ride with.  It was a big plus to do those roads with folks who knew them well (especially Lockwood.)

My buddy Knud (the Danish guy on the Sportster), Janak and I took the boring part of 33 south from Cerro and then had a nice blast through the twisties back into Ojai.  Passed a train of about 12 Harleys on the way down.  I don't think they knew what to make of Knud...

Wasn't as fun as doing Cerro and Lockwood again, but we got back in pretty good time (and found a pretty good pizza joint in Ojai -- Giorgio's.)  Sounds like we missed a great trip up north though.

I would DEFINITELY like to ride with you guys again, so please organize another outing!  Thanks to Derby for putting this one together.  And if any of you are going to be up Topanga-way or doing some Malibu canyon carving, drop me a line -- sjlist@verizon.net

Sorry about that. I thought you were right behind us but figured you got caught behind the big white truck with the trailer on the last little bit. We get to the intersection at the end of Lockwood and Luca is nice enough to be sitting there waiting to point us to Frazier Park to to the right for gas.

We pull into the station and somebody says "Hey what happened to the Mini?" Luca replies "To tell you the truth I forgot about him." I guess he dropped in behind Courtney and me after we made the right and forgot that he needed to waive you in too. The whole Frazier Park thing was definitely a bit of a change. From there on out you were in the lead  Grin

I figured something like that happened. All Luca's fault laughingdp

The funny part is that I was halfway up the grapevine before I realized I stll had the siphon in my car. Glad you had that extra .1 gallons

Nice pics Luca. I think I need a tan
