Windy.

Shingles flying off all over the place.  Thankfully not our roof.

Snow later.

Still have power, many don't.

Very windy down this way as well. Power has been blinking on and off all day.

I was promised snow this morning.

There is no snow falling here.

Couple tornadoes 🌪 tore through here earlier today, killing 14.

22 dead as of now. 23 confirmed today.

Winds were recorded at 170mph. The folks in that county had an 8-9min warning before it touched down. It was 1 mile wide and stayed on the ground for 24 miles.

Expecting up to a foot of snow again here this weekend. Wet, heavy stuff too. I'm starting to wonder about roof snow loads....

It's been a record winter for the crap in MN, literally. The amount we got in February was the most we've ever seen. I've had enough.

Strange winter here.

Still cold but snow fall this year has been way down. I had one time I had to run the blower. Beyond that I've not even bothered to shovel. I almost wish every winter was like this.

I've been running my snowblower every week both at the house, and the range.

It's also been cold and windy which never makes a snowblower fun.

I know what you mean.

Last time I ran the blower it was like 5° and the snow was dry and powdery which meant that with the wind going it all stuck to my face and made icicles in my beard

Aaaaand after a blizzard on Saturday, we're looking at low 40s and rain for a good chunk of the week.

I have a bad feeling about some serious flooding this spring.....

Nothing to do with the present weather, but this is footage of direct hit. 🌪 He filmed this from the 2nd floor of his house, he thought it was gonna miss him. Wife was downstairs and didn’t survive. I’ll take hurricanes any day. This is the season for them here.

“A rapidly intensifying storm will send temperatures plummeting by more than 40°F across the western and Central Plains on Wednesday, spawning an April blizzard that could dump more than 2 feet of snow in some areas.”

Yep, we're looking at a wide range of possibilities for snow accumulation in southern MN, anywhere from 4" to 24".

It's coming down hard now and the grass is covered, so I think it's gonna be bad.....  Tongue
