From one of the meteorologists at the NBC affiliate here:

"Denver just hit 60* for the 40th time this winter season (since Dec. 1).

45% of our winter days have been 60*+"

We haven't seen 60 since October.

Snowing.

I'd post the plow guy rant again, but you've all seen it. :P

Winter by this time of year gets old.

My apologies.  I slightly exaggerated how bad the winter has been here in Denver.  It's still bad, however.

This year, Denver experienced its least snowy, second-driest and third-warmest February on record.

It looks like a snow globe in Denver today (FINALLY!!!).

We should get a fair amount of precipitation from this storm, but may not see much accumulation, due to the warm weather we have been having - we had a high of 68* yesterday.

We have the deepest snow pack in years here in central NH. It's well over 2 feet, and we've been losing it with the warmer weather of the past couple of days. We did get a couple of inches last night, but with temps in the mid 40's overthe weekend, and upper 50's next week we'll likely lose much of it.

That said, March is famous for warm weather storms here, often after the ground starts thawing making it difficult to move..
