cute, i guess i take what you write more seriously than you do. after all, it is where i work regardless if the filter situation wasn't my fault.
i got bills and a family, so any sort public attack on any acute situation still affects myself and everyone else that works there.
where do you work?
no problems there?

there are ducati dealers across the whole country you are not boycotting that can help you out.
oh wait...
bang head Like I have a choice.... right?

come on in, we are always willing to help out...

I understand that you took my boycott personally and I apologize for painting your dealership with such a broad brush.  I should have been more specific in my post.  It was aimed at the management of both the parts and service sections for not having a basic item like an oil filter in stock.  Can you imagine rolling into a toyota dealership and being told that they cant service your car because they dont have any filters?  (espcially if 75% of all toyotas used the same filter?)

I was not angry with the guy working behind the parts counter, or any of the guys in the service section, just the management.  I understand if you are upset with my post, and again I apologize.  No offense was meant to you or any of the other non-managment types at SSC.

 good, lets move on.
call the service desk to schedule and we will get this tank issue taken care of as soon as possible.

by the way, if you were to drain the tank and let it air out, it returns to shape.

and i just want to let you all know, i am not here to be nosey, i just want to help and hear your concerns.
they are ALL taken seriously and i do my best to handle them.
thanks
