Hey Will, did they find someone to take over for you yet?  Gee, with all this Saturday work I end up doing I almost think I should offer part time on Sats.   laughingdp

Does in-house training include an introduction to the DMF forum?  :-)

How many years have you been working with Ducati Will? Just at South Seas or other places too? Are you going to be doing the same work down south? What's Eddie's background? Just curious.

gene, i think that will be ok, fun for sure

rick, i worked on bimotas in PA at a yamaha, bimota, suzuki, triumph dealer before i moved out here so, that was my first taste of ducati professionally.  that was a little over 9 years ago.

i will be working at Kiser motorcycles as a manager, but i will be putting my hands on some bikes for sure as well.  i have been told i have a few ducs and bmws waiting for me.

eddie has been working on bikes for at least 15 years. he is from nyc, and moved out here a couple of years ago.  he, like me, has worked in dealerships and private shops.  eddie is a very competent mechanic, and has a natural skill.  i have been trying to spend as much time with him as possible before i leave, and next month he will be in a class taught by Bruce Meyers, my OB1.  i will also be helping via the "phone a friend" lifeline.

on a separate note, i do regret not ever going for a ride with you guys before i sold the hyper.

Rick might be able to fix that for you.   Grin

Will congrats on your final day at SSD and thanks for the great support you provided the entire Ducati community on the island!  Do you have a firm departure date yet?

Cheers,
Majdi
