Positive Service Experience - Gengras Ducati

The clutch was slipping and the engine was surging so I brought my 07 S2R1000 to Gengras Ducati in East Hartford CT. They repaired and adjusted the clutch, dyno'd the bike and now the surging is gone (they said it was running lean) and the fueling is better then it's ever been.  The cost was very reasonable  and the turn around was a couple of days. Good to hear that you are back on the road in top shape.  It is also good to hear about your experience with Gengras.  They will be one of my "local" dealers in a few weeks and I hadn't heard anything about them.  IIRC they just picked up the Ducati line 2 years ago, but I could be wrong.

Also, welcome to the board and you might want to check out NEMHA in the local clubs board.  There are probably a few other riders in your area if you are not far from Gengras.
