Tractor pulls are fun, but if you get a chance to see draft horses compete, it'll blow your mind:

And +1 to ZLTFUL on the Iowa State Fair -- I was working a job for a few years that had me traveling a lot in the upper Midwest, and I managed to make it to the Iowa, Minnesota & Wisconsin State Fairs at least once. Do it if you EVER get the chance.

I so miss the northern fairs. i live in the Dirty south now and down here thier just not the same there isnt even a tractor pull or demo derby. Hummmmm  atleast they have
