Last year, Pittsburgh actually got nailed with one right at the three rivers point. It was  insane. Garbage cans were flying EVERYWHERE.

Just saw that.

We had a tornado when I was living in Flagstaff around '97.  Just as odd as one in CO.

Golfball... sized... hail...?  Shocked I'd hate to drive through that let alone ride through it. I bet hail that size could seriously hurt a person.

I had to drive through the southern part of that storm earlier today.

Hit some marble sized hail.  Sounded really nasty bouncing off the car  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Saw a few cyclists running for cover...that would have really sucked.

Its been a bad year for storms so far. I'm getting a lot of OT for it too...

I've worked power resoration for three Tornado's so far.
-Downtown Atlanta (Feb)
-Macon, GA (Last week)
-Holly Springs, GA (Tuesday)

However, having two weeks in a row now where I've had to stay awake and work 48+ hours is starting to suck. Nothing like work from 6am Tuesday to 10pm Thursday... I'm tired.. lol.

Georgia gets a good amount, just the frequenecy seems up from years past. It has been this bad in about 10 years.

Try baseball sized hail...insane.  1 mile wide, total devastation for a farming town of 16,000.  With a tornado that size it's amazing that there wasn't more than the 1 fatality.

Uh oh..did the Matrix get some dents??

The s/o asked if the tornado was near your place.

I told her I doubted it but sh*t..you were!!

I was in a Camry at the time.  No dents  waytogo

The storm stayed north of Denver, but hit a couple communities up there really hard.

Good thing too, I was on my bike yesterday!  That woulda sucked a bit.

Feel terrible for those people up in Windsor, but I suppose it could've been a whole lot worse.
