Uh-oh ... what's going on here?

Considering we have a few new members who may or may not be considering joining in on this ride I thought it might be worth adding a bit of info on group riding. While I don't necessarily agree with everything written in the article it does raise some good points and items worth considering:

http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=117.msg0#new

I thought it was relevant as I have never felt pressured to perform on an Ozmo run. Ego is something lacking in this group, so if you were thinking about coming along but were nervous particularly when you hear about some of these guys doing track sessions ... don't be!

Get out there ride to your own pace and enjoy.

Oh yeah and if you have a read of the link remember it is written for Seppos cheeky

Well I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the enthusiasm at the moment, the responses so far:

. Mostro will be there if he is not pissed off
. Craigo is yet to realise the NSL finished years ago and Parramatta Power weren't admitted to the a-league who have their finals in Feb. not Sept.
. Matty will bring extra batteries in case he runs out of fuel because he plans on being creative
. Six will be wearing short pants and carrying pans
. Goldie is trying to move the birth centre to Bathurst hospital just in case
. Rob may be getting engaged in Qld
. Big T will be cow-tipping in Meccico

So I think there is two definites: Matty & Six95

Anybody else?

Southern run Dez.
No firm meeting place at this point in time.
Most likely going to take in the RNP, Old Princess to Bulli round to Keira and on to Mac Pass.
From there it will depend on mood/time/people as to heading further a-field.

You need tyres before your gonna head to Bathurst on the Smart Dock.
It will give you more confidence and you might be able to ride like an Auntie instead of a Granny.
