We want something nice, and found this

http://www.bdiusa.com/theater/avion_2_8927.shtml

The trouble is that it's $1500  :o :o :o

We need something that looks similar, is good quality and is around 65" wide with a price that's a little more in line with us mortals.

;D

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

You guys are awesome.

It's the reason I come here.

If you drive the nicest car in the neighborhood, work in a cash business, and don't pay taxes, you're either a preacher or a drug dealer...

We'll want to get the audio components out of the way.

I also don't want the cords/cables hanging down the wall (redneck tv mount) and at this point, I don't care to run wiring through the wall.

I just don't want too.  We won't be living here long enough for me to do that.

Just hire Joel to hold it up. He's cheap and he's not doing anything.

they make nifty little channels that hide the wires, so no redneck wiring.
note the color coordinated "bump" on the wall between the tv and the console below.

i only pointed to that option because it then opens up all kinds of other options for what to put on the floor below the tv (for components, movies, whatever...)

We got a really nice one at Walmart.

Yeah, hate the place, but the quality of this stand is VERY good, believe it or not.

I will take some pictures at lunch and post up.

I think we paid 100-135$ for it.
