Hey everyone,

here<.

beautiful bike...

2 questions -- how did you change the radius of the tank badges?  I tried to bend mine over a pipe and it broke.   :'(

Also, are those Napolean bar ends and do they actually work as mirrors?  I'm tired of not seeing the SUV behind me.

We're finally back home.  Thanks everyone for the kind words.  bow down The past weekend has been a blast, being picked to participate for the Showdown and winning one of the classes was just icing on the cake!!!

We put the "new" tank on the bike on Wednesday morning, I'll take some more photos of the bike, new tank, when I'm actually awake  Grin

more pics from the weekend and the trip can be found on my blog.  I'm NOT a fan of just posting links to blogs, and I normally would write a post but it's very long with a lot of photos.

Indy write up & photos

nice blog, too. Sorry to hear about that dented chrome tank. That's pretty awful. I'd be curious to know how that turns out.

found my smile today:

as for the chrome tank.. it's going stay that way for now.  This was the replacement for the original which was knocked over and received a slight crease by a drunk chickie from my apartment building... and then subsequently, completely destroyed when it fell off our trailer after a trackday..   bang head
