So pickup is on Friday. Hip hip hooray.

I was just told that they cannot install the Termis until the first service becuase "It is legislation that a bike must leave the premises with standard pipes as per the emisions laws". I'm new to all this and would love to know your thoughts...

I trust them, but it just sounds a bit weird....

That is true, they don't like to send them out with pipes etc....
Also it's a first service thingy, just don't let them tell you it will take 3-4 hours to fit the pipes.
A full system should take a good spanner spinner 1-2hrs tops.
And if they let you do it yourself you'll learn more about your bike and how it goes together.

Great. thanks for that. Very comforting. waytogo

I negotiated the free fitting with the price so basically they have automatically got my first service business too I suppose (Not that I'm complaining - they have been great, Especially with my pesky "is it ready yet, is it?" calls for the last 5 weeks.).

I also plan on the 14T sprocket then as well. I'm just going to take the positives out of it all and I'll appreciate the upgrades more after riding stock 1st.

Hell I am just happy to be riding!!!

So pickup is on Friday. Hip hip hooray.

As the old saying goes...
Pictures, or it didn't happen!  Grin

So two scenarios spring to mind:
. bike is already due for its first service, or
. doesn't exist

Ha ha. The First one is so close to the truth it's scary. Photos on Monday. Not that there is anything out of the ordinary as it's all stock at the moment. Pipes & 14T ready to install. Then a few other things.....
Luuuuuuurve the new smell though. Wish it could be bottled I'd wear it as cologne!

Glad it's in your hands now Justo.
If you're out riding today pop into the Concourse to show it off.
Or if you have the time come along next Saturday when we get out to Bathurst.
