Okay, so we had this thread last year and I loved it.

I also talked a lot of shit about the Buckeyes beating USC so you won't see that until it actually happens.  I do think this would be the year to beat them with a freshman QB and some key losses. (like we had last year)

Buckeyes might not beat USC but they will win the Big Ten and get to another BCS bowl.  Watch out for Pryor throwing the ball and not just running this year.

Anyone else as excited as me that College Football starts tomorrow?

My 'Horns are looking strong. I'm just concerned about the defensive front and where the pass rush is going to come from. For all the talk of how great Will Muschamp (D coordinator) was at Auburn, I haven't been that impressed.

As usual in Austin, anything less than an NC will be a disappointment.

Ya...Lou Holtz is delusional.  I doubt Nevada will beat them though.

Boise State is a good start. My wife went there, and her whole family lives in Boise...so we'll be watching. The yearly Nevada/Boise game is always a good time at our house as well!

I grew up in South Bend and loved ND as a kid. Always thought Lou Holtz was damn near a god.

Then I grew up.


I can't stand that program anymore. Charlie Weiss is a fat piece of shit.

USC alum here. USC/tOSU and USC/Cal are going to be really tough games this year. Can't say I'm thrilled about having Barkley in there but I have to trust Pete Carroll's judgement. There have been some real key injuries and ineligible players too. We may lose a few games here and there but we're still gonna kick the crap out of ND!

The Buckeyes had some injuries and used a true freshman QB so no excuses if we win this year.   Trying not to get to excited yet.  The offense sucked last year, waiting to see how things look against Navy.  Also hard to get hyped for a team that I respect.  Supposedly there is a ban on booing for the whole game.
