I've only done a few simple things, Rizoma handle-bar (black), mirror, red pin-stripe, kellermann turn signals. Future mods include tail chop, exhaust (still planning GPR), also a few things on the possible mod-list clear glass headlight, carbon coated pipes.

GPR will put a huge smile on your face....

Something for you to try out: adjust the bars back quite a bit. I'm guessing that, where they are now makes your elbows point out and force you to lift your shoulders? If so, less control and sore shoulders.

I like the red rim stripes and I envy you the 695 black engine covers waytogo

Is that a Mirrycle mirror?   waytogo

I use them too.  IMHO just as much visibility as some of the more expensive brands, but no need to get upset if I bash one.  I've usually got a spare to use on my mountain bike.

And when you're ready for the tail-chop, try using a "tight-fit" pipe cutter.  I got one from a local hardware store.  Cheaper than a hack-saw and leaves a nice smooth edge.  Your original plastic bar ends will work perfectly as frame plugs for the chop.

Thanks for the comments, yes it's a Mirrycle mirror, I don't know if I can move the handle bar but I will have a look at it. I kind of like the wide handle I have now though.
