What I find shocking is that ALL OF A SUDDEN the Stewards/FIA seem to be making stoopid decisions that have no link to reality
This eye rolling smiley doesn't begin to express the depth of my sarcasm

while the turn one incident may have been a little aggressive, it's called racing for a reason... AND he didn't hit anybody.
I'm sorry, but when I see BOTH Mclarens going WAYYY wide and forcing half the field, including their rivals, off I start thinking that was the strategy all along.
I can just see Ron and the boys planning something like that.
It is unfortunate that there are so many stewards decisions. It is also unnerving that the penalties are not consistent, but Lewis, by now, knows that he's under a microscope. He needs to be careful, drive a clean race, and finish one place behind Massa. Once he realizes that, calms down, and drives strategically, he'll be OK. If he continues to try and prove he's the next coming of Senna, he's going to continue losing titles in the last few races.

hamilton's only real rival in that race was massa and he had qualified 5th on the grid. all that overly-aggressive turn 1 move did was put lewis back in front of massa (who promptly t-boned him in the chicane).

But, all he had to do was stay on Massa's ass the whole time. You know Senna, Prost, Mansell etc would have just sat there, pushing Massa until he made a mistake. But Lewis pushed it and got hit. If you're racing for a championship, you do not put yourself in that position unless you have to.

You must be forgetting about Senna and Prost "running into each other" just about every year in Japan

I think they should keep the current setup but allow Charlie Whiting to override the ruling on appeal. The Bordais penalty was absolutely ridiculous!

i have a feeling that if that happens, we will see a new Formula XXXX coming up,don't think the constructor would like it.
heck look at the indy series it blows and honda provides the motor.
way to ruin the Sport of F1

heh, in this case the frogs (Renault) will officially supply the motors until Germany threatens them with invasion and suddenly BMW will be the supplier.
...Oh and all British drivers and teams will start with -100 points and won't be allowed a higher grid placement than 5th with mandatory drive through penalty on the 20th lap.
Bye, bye Fomula 1.

There's no need to penalize English drivers, most of them look after that themselves.

Welcome to the Car of Tommorrow!
They should just skip all that jazz and do like NASCAR does and put the safety car out everytime a cigarette pack or beer cup blows on to the track from the stands.

It's ok bud, I know we've dominated world motor racing for most of the last 60 years.
I understand your petty jealousy.
