I am not being racist either.

It is just very odd that three prominent black "celebrities" have been cast in a negative light the past weekend by their personal actions.

That is not racist at all; it is fact.

With all due respect, you are stating an obvious worthless fact IMHO.

And yes, someone should kick Kanye's behind.  Evil

Oooohhh, he interrupted the VMA's. Sorry, I missed that. How can MTV still give out Video Music Awards if they no longer show video's?

Anyway, yeah that was rude, but I be more people have watched pirated copies of it on Youtube than watched the original broadcast, yet Viacom is taking them all down.

Green Day made mention of that when they accepted their award...

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

It came from an MSNBC article, as I stated.

I didn't write it; but it was an observation.

Well, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences does a lot for promoting motion pictures as well as preservation, history, etc.

MTV started the VMA's as publicity for their network and the videos they showed. Not so much anymore.

It seems like 4 or 5 years ago at the MTV music awards, Michael Moore jumped up on the stage and disrupted the whole scene with some political rant or other. He was on my shit list for a long time, but he's been mellow for a while now so hes been upgraded to just OK.

Michael is black isn't he?

It's also like Illinois politics and Blagovich:
