We're in the process of finishing up carbon fiber triple clamps for Ducati Superbikes, should be available by the end of October for 848/1098/1198 models. With carbon rear sets, swingarms, and frames to follow. Should be able to get them to fit Monsters as well, but only with clip-ons and some other kind of headlight bracket.

How does one tighten said triples onto the forks?  Nevermind.  I read the text in the link.

SBK triples aren't adaptable to Monsters BTW.

Neither top or bottom SBK triple are compatible with a Monster frame in their stock configuration.

Only if you take the stock front headstock from an SBK and graft it to a Monster's frame or make your own frame with similar (to a SBK) front headstock.

If you're spending that kinda coin anything is do-able... but it aint "bolt on"!

Correct in its current configuration you would not be able to put them straight onto a Monster unless you were using a superbike front end. The triples are a multiple fit design that allow different collars to be inserted into the top and bottom to work with varying fork diameters. So we could use the same triples for either stock Showas’s on a 1098 or Ohlins, you would simply change the lower collars.

Eventually it will be possible to make a kit to adapt to Monsters.  It’s certainly something we want to do down the road.

How/with what does one twist the inserts?

Do they have adjustable offset?

Will it need that for the 848/1098/1198?

Two things.

First: Absolutely beautiful.  One of the best looking mods I have ever seen.

Second:  Is it really worth $2500?  I don't see how there could be any real performance advantage and the weight savings would be negligible.  If so then it would be a $2500 cosmetic mod?

Am I wrong?  Is there a performance gain of any kind besides making your wallet lighter and thinner?

From a workmanship standpoint I can see the cost and definitely has to be priced pretty high but what is the gain other than looks?
