Disclaimer- not a Packers, Jets, or Vikings fans, just think he takes to much shit sometimes.

I think it's mostly because the retired, no I'm not, yes I am thing.

it WAS weird seeing him vs. the packers, though... and a great game [thumbsup]

It wasn't his fault he threw so many interceptions...its the receivers! lol

Favre is the first QB in history to beat all 32 teams in the NFL.  [thumbsup]
persistent... ;D

Seems as if old age and deceit works in football too.   [thumbsup]

Someone always has to mention this like it makes all the other records he has less.  So the man threw the most interceptions, he's also started the most games, thrown the most touchdowns, has the most wins and however many others there are.

Let it go on the interceptions.  Favre is looking good this year.  Seems like he is playing a lot younger than he really is.  Some of those balls were rockets last night. Still one of my favorite players to watch.  You don't see Peyton running 50 yards downfield to throw a block like Favre did last week.

I wasn't being critical of Favre, if you can manage to put aside your knee-jerk reaction and read my post for what it is I went on to say that he's a great player and had a good game.  I was just responding to the previous posters somewhat exaggerated  :) comment about Favre's accuracy.  I submit that this is a friendly football discussion and it's your posts that need to let it go, not mine.

Godamned Braylon Edwards.  Can't catch shit in Cleveland and plays out of his mind the week he is traded to the Jets.  I swear to god the Browns are make the beast with two backsing cursed.  Oh yeah, and Magina can suck a cock.  That fat bastard is a make the beast with two backsing idiot.

Sorry about the rant.  One hell of a game and I need 3 more points out of Ronnie Brown to win in a pay league.

Also, really weird to see Henne throw a touchdown pass to Ginn and a couple of passes to Hartline.  Even though they're pro now it still is odd that a Wolverine is throwing to a couple of Buckeyes.

god damn henne. Game came all he way down to a goal line stand and the whole D line just collapse. Ricky Brown just WALKED in there.  Jets need to work on their defense pretty badly, they fell apart in the 4th quarter. One hell of a game though.  [clap]

Jets played a good game.  Both Henne and Sanchez did well.  One of the better MNF games in recent memory.

I think Miami's wildcat plays were upsetting to the Jets' defense.  I also thought it very ballsy to run the wildcat plays during that last drive.   Since the Phins won, I'm callin' it ballsy.  If they'd lost, I'd be like, "WTF were they thinking on that last drive?"  [laugh]

That Miami offense is really fun to watch.  I love seeing the Wildcat and then Pat White coming in.  I think Henne might be the real deal.  The passing game doesn't need to be spectacular but Henne has a cannon and Ginn will be able to get open on deep routes.  I think the reason he has been struggling is because weak arm Pennington can't throw deep.  Ginn was never very comfortable catching balls in midfield.  Watch out for Hartline becoming a bigger part of the offense too.  He has great hands and speed.

It's Denver's D I'm impressed with, especially after the previous years. Brian Dawkins is still an animal, and Philly is deservedly paying a price for letting him go. Mike Nolan is also doing a great job.

Denver is for real.  [popcorn]

I thought the Chargers would have been able to mount a comeback in the 4th, but I agree - the Broncos' D did a nice job.

Philly @ Washington next week, right?
