I guess I do have another level beyond "shit list". These are poeple who are so dead to me they are not even worth the ink it would take to put them on such a list, or I've forgotten about them completely. 

That said, I do try to remember one of Sonny Barger's credos from his book "Freedom:Credos of the road": 
"Careful writing people off - they can be rebuilt"
