 Hi ya.
You guys should shoot up a flare or something when you show up. Tell us you're on the DMF. You'll get more free beer that way.  Wink

Spidey knew I was a visitor. As did one or two others. Sorry I didn't have a big sign that said "not from round here" this time. Last time it was pretty obvious as I was in uniform 2 years ago

Very good info for the Local Resources thread.

In general, the people who work at Zeitgeist cop an attitude. It gets frustrating sometimes.

It kicks ass. Great beer garden, BBQ, and the Tamale Lady.

Not nice.

More of a large opening in the wall.

big back yard kind of atmosphere. Trees to sit under. A great spot on a sunny day. People tend to be pretty wacky and on the "loose" side.  bacon

They worship motorcyclists.

Their motto: "Warm beer, cold women"

But that's not the weird thing. The weird thing is that people tend to loose themselves there like tequila was somehow flowing in the air. You can find a perfectly normal lawyer like Spidey, taking his pants down and singing about doing it in the porta-potties.  cheeky

I may be embellishing a little, but not by much.

Every now and then some fancy pants magazine does an article on the charming dive bars in SF. Then ZG quickly becomes the "IT GIRL" of dive bars and every preppy magazine reader with 300 miles shows up and makes the grill line longer than MichaelMoore's scooter peel-outs.

Dang, I was wearing my raggedy-ass, bright red Ducati jacket. What more do you people want from me?

Seriously, 'poke ambled over said hullo and it was all good. I thought you looked familiar, but without the super-dress-whites I couldn't be sure...  Grin
