Why in the hell do you let someone like that go on a field trip to a friggin' fair?
WTF. How about a field trip to the local gun range to act as a target retriever.
Some non-violent patients maybe...but what that guy did was horrible.

Corndogss are the only reason I'll go to the fair. But the best corndogs in the world are at Disneyland.

The crazy thing was that the local news barely covered this.
It was all hush hush until Saturday and then everyone knew about it.
Almost like they didn't want people to know they make the beast with two backsed up.

Yeah, I'm here in Spokane and not only did they take him to the fair but they (WA state) gave him $50 to spend while he was there. WTF. 5 years after slashing the lady's neck he was taking art classes at our local CC.
