Sorry to hear about your bike being tipped. Angry

I hope you report it to the police, and that they take action. Or you can provide your insurance company with the details - they are pretty tenacious when it comes to tracking people down.

People like this annoy the hell out of me. PM with the rego details and description if you want - I may be able to organize something.
he he, I can get something organised too...La Famiglia... although their tactics can get a little heavy handed for this kind of thing!

appreciate the offer though...I'll definitely keep it on the back-burner  waytogo

Will you encounter fit issues with the bar diameter?

good point....I've taken care of tht part....what year 900 is it? (I have the top triple too as it's unsafe to bore out the stock clamps) but the top triples vary across the years I believe....but I don't know when the change occurs (could be from carb to IE) which was 2001/02 I believe.

I remember spending time trying to update the modal comparison chart (TOB) and one thing modern Ducati owners don't get is the mix & match style of the early models....I think the last time there were changes were the special 620's with the goldline brembos....I think....or was that first year of the 695.

OK, levers are definitely 8mm. It's a 2003 900.

look for the different style of steering stem bolt, that's the easiest way to spot the different top triple clamps. earlier style had the regular hex, late ones had the flush style with the holes.
