BUMP
Oooo, it's here. Black.
Join us for a day dedicated to sportbiking. We will have seminars and presentations devoted to getting the most from your sportbike including suspension seminars, presentations on how to get involved in club racing and how to get the most out of a track day. We are going to top it all off with an unveiling of the BMW S1000RR.
Tri-Valley Moto is a preview site for the all-new BMW S1000RR. We will be displaying the bike day Friday October 23rd We're quite lucky to have this bike in our showroom, as it is now the last of the pre-production bikes currently surviving in the US.
This is your chance to see it, hear it, and feel it in person. You will also be able to talk directly with a BMW Race Ambassador, one of just a handful of people that have ever ridden this bike!
And, as always, balloon for the kid.

Has anyone figured out who is the target customer for this bike? Other than super rich guys who buy one of everything, of course. It's cool that BMW is trying to bust out of it's niche, but I think it'll be a hard slog. Kind of like if Ducati tried to break into the cruiser market.

I thought the price was less than a streetfighter?

It's required in a lot of places, such as Oakland and San Leandro, so that police can verify the car is registered and if anything is outstanding.
